That's right, these don't really work. There have been a lot of tests and at best they might take an extremely small amount of venom out. However, they might do some damage too. So listen to the real medical experts on this one and don't bother getting one of these. If you are still not convinced, then do some actual research on it.

Wow, the only sucking going on is this video. Those kits are worthless. Come on, man. If you are going to take the time to make a video do some research first. Here are the real facts:

Of reported snakebites only 7000 – 8000 are by venomous snakes, however very few actually die.

Follow these guidelines:

1. Call 9-1-1 or seek medical help ASAP (for pit viper antivenom)

2. Wash the wound with soap and water.

3. Immobilize the affected part

4. Minimize the victim’s movement if possible.
