damn im 5"11 200 pounds nd i play for a 13u team nd i always complain about the slower pitchers for this kid if i had to play him i would swing hard incase i hit it lol he gonna be somewhere someday

location is 10 times more important than pitch speed, young pitchers don't get that concept until they get to higher levels
just letting all you 14 year olds who say how fast you throw know, work on your location more than trying to pitch faster
greg maddux once said "when most guys get into jams, they try and throw harder, but me, i try to locate better"

nice! im 15 right now and throw about 86, 87 and when i was 13 i threw about 78 79 and im playing varsity! he will too

Damn, nice. I was at Cooperstown and the highest pitcher there got up to 82 MPH and he is know to be the best 13 year old in the nation. Please check out my pitching vid on my page and tell me how I am doing

@psopitch8 me too and thanks----1 week later John pitched in a game with a jugs gun behind home plate, hit 83 mph, consistent over 80 from stretch in that game too..
