I've had my 1975 PA28-140 since 1985 - bought it (4 days after getting my Private because I couldn't get insured for the Arrow I wanted and figured I'd get a few hundred hours and an IFR rating and "move up" ... well, 2000 hours in N44805 and it's like .... why?? Happy flying!

! muat say i do concur, i have recently purchased a PA-28-140, and i thought that turning might have been an issue, 5 mins taxiing it around and any reservations i may have had were gone, in fact, i think i like the hand brake setup better :)

@TheScotty64 She's got both, but no toe brakes on the co-pilot side. Personally, I don't see the big deal with the toe brakes, the handle is just as easy to stop with. I had this plane painted... check out n8483r dotcom

Considering it's about 42 years newer, it would be pretty sad if it didn't. You can also do it on 1/2 the fuel consumption too. However, I have a back seat! haha
