Why even bother fast-tracking the Skyrim level-up process?
It is a single player game, so any attempt to make the game "exceedingly easy" seems self-defeating.
I mean, you spend two hours grinding in order to unlock the highest quality armor in the game. (Not a particularly enjoyable task, might I add). In the end, you remove, or reduce, the difficulty of the game. Sort of disrupts the narrative, not to mention the enjoyment factor.
Before I am called a troll, this is advice, not a command.

if u sell what u smithed after u make it u can make a level up and money earning profit thubs up so everyone can see this

If you are with the companions you can go talk to the skyforge smith and buy the iron and leather in whiterun.

@brolygoxx you can get "dadric" when a purple unicorn whose been smoking weed comes to you and gives you a quest. >.> <.<
