Briiliant song! They look like they're having so much fun - how I wish I could have been there with them! So tragic that he died so young; the only (very scant) consolation is that he at least left us wonderful songs like this. God bless you, SIR Stan Rogers.

This has to be the greatest collection EVER of Canadian traditional artists.......Has to be. This is GOLD, I would have given my left leg to have been there. Hell, even see them all play the same show. The best.

I typed Nova Scotia into youtube for some unknown reason and I found these dudes singing this bad ass song. What a nice find from my randomness! This has a great folksy beer hall feel to it.
