Jonas Brothers Love Story: Test of my Love Chapter 96

Nick: *looks* crap! We got to go! *they have 59 seconds to get out. Nick pulls Meaghans hand and they go sprinting down the stairs. Nick keeps checking his watch* 34... 33... 32... *they reach the third floor and continue running* 24... 23... 22... *They reach the second floor* 14... 13... 12... *And they reach the main floor and start running toward the door* 5... 4... 3... 2... *they are just about to step outside* 1! Nick grabs Meaghan's wrist and yanks her through the door and behind Kevs car outside. They watch as the warehouse explodes.*
--With Everyone Else--
Joe: Did they make it?
Jess: I'm not sure...
Kevin: they better have...
Mike: should we go check?
Alex: let's... *they start walking toward the burning building through the smoke*
--With Meaghan and Nick--
Nick: *holding Meaghan in his lap as she bawls in his shirt* its okay. I got you. We're safe now. Nobody's going to hurt us. *Meaghan looks up teary eyed. Nick notices they are both covered in dirt and smoke*
Meaghan: Wheres everyone else?
Nick: right there. *points to everyone as they start walking toward the building* Where are they going? Do they NOT see it on fire? *Meaghan giggles*
Meaghan: we should tell them we are okay...
Nick: Good point. *they both get up from behind the car but Meaghan falls back down on the floor in pain* Woah. Are you okay?
Meaghan: Yeah... my ankle just hurts. Im fine. *Nick knows it probably is from when he yanked her out of the building. He gets down in front of her and gestures her to get on his back. She smiles and gets on his back. They both make there way through the smoke and end up coming out in front of the building. Everyone just stopped and looked at Nick carrying Meaghan through the smoke. Everyone is so excited to see them. They run over to them and hug them*
Joe: We though you were dead!
Nick: We thought we were going to be.
Joe: Well Im sure Im speaking for everyone, Im glad your not. That wouldve been extremely bad.
Jess: Yeah, seriously. Joe, imagine trying to explain that one to your mom. We were about to go in and look for you in that messed up building.
Meaghan: Same here. *laughs* Here, lets just go home. *Everyone gets in the car and goes back to their house*
--Jonas House--
Nick: *walks in and puts Meaghan down on the couch and get her ice for her ankle* This should help.
Alex: Here, sorry guys, we need to go. We got a text on our way here. Apparently our tour is starting tomorrow and we have rehearsals. Sorry. It was great meeting you all though!
Amanda: Youre leaving?
Mike: Yeah, sorry we have to leave so suddenly.
Jess: Aww, it was so cool to be in a house of dudes.
Joe: *nudges Jess* you still got me!
Jess: Yes darling. *pecks his lips*
Jason: We feel bad about leaving, but you guys have our numbers. Call us anytime. Bye guys! *The Honor Society boys leave the house and it leaves Meaghan, Nick, Joe, Jess, Kevin and Amanda in the house*
Joe: AKWARRRRD.
Nick: Little bit.
Kevin: What do you guys want to do?
Jess: I want to go bowling, but thats just me.
Meaghan: I almost got blown up and YOU want to go bowling?
