I visited Exeter two weeks ago to buy some trainers from the Exe Bridges retail park. Upon exiting the car park I received a load of foul language from an elderly couple who should have known better and then nearly got beaten up by a guy in a silver BMW.
After complaining to my dad about this he started to notice what I'm ranting on about. You can walk down the middle of Exeter High Street on a busy day and you wont see a single smile. Everyone looks angry and ignores you.

Glad to see the residents of Exeter are as happy as usual

Try to distinguish campaigning from complaining, Mr Spike. One star for my first attempt at a video was a bit harsh. I am learning and trying to improve. Wording on your website suggests you rate yourself six stars out of five. Exeter City Council do likewise, deprive children and discard volunteers. Would we be right to ignore this, or should we stand up for the kids and community? Be kind to others, Mr Spike. Be kind to others!

The 1 star was for the content of the video not for the quality of the filming and editing, that to be fair was better than 99% of the crap on YouTube
It is a mathematical impossibility to get 6 out of 5...
Exeter City Council probably do suck in many ways but in my opinion council tax payers are complaining about the wrong things. Look around other cities in the UK paying the same taxes, Exeter is a clean pleasant(ish) place to be!
The majority of kids don't play tennis any more... do they?

1) YouTube has a variety of genres. It is unfair to mark down campaign material because it is not entertainment.
2) The present Government says 6 out of 5 is perfectly possible. They are in charge.
3) Whited sepulchres, Mr Spike! Appearances and environment are all very well until you see the deprivation of some people, especially kids with no one who really cares, nothing to do and a City Council discouraging volunteers.
4) Exeter lacks affordable chances to learn. One of my main points!
