Judge Okays Venue Change in BART Shooting Case

A judge has agreed to move the trial for a former transit officer charged in the killing of an unarmed man. In Friday's ruling, the judge said the murder trial of Johannes Mehserle will be moved out of Oakland. (Oct. 16)

These guys were all very compliant. It is impossible for a person under duress to behave like silly putty. The men were doing their absolute best to follow the officers' inane orders. The officers were obviously short-tempered and/or negligent in their handling of these very compliant men. From his reaction, whether that was acting or genuine, it makes it SEEM like he grabbed the wrong weapon (which seems like an impossible mistake). It seems like he either committed manslaughter or murder.
