@Mikkhep Since the U.S. became a country; they have been at war for almost the entirety of the nations existence. So you are right to call the U.S. a war mongering or war waging nation.

@TheMooseofBattle You can't begin going hundreds of years back in history and blame someone today for it.
Though I do think it is about high time that we end or change topic, this is a video about guns, not politics and conspiracy theories.

@Mikkhep That's today. In the past when the U.S. was still expanding its territories, the native Americans were an "obstacle" to their expansion.
In modern history; the U.S. has of course done everything possible to neutralize civilian deaths and injuries. That is a change for the best.

@TheMooseofBattle It is unintentional killing... you can't seriously believe that the U.S military is ordering their troops to shoot and kill innocent civilians, they are caught in crossfire. Though you might think it seems harsh to send an airstrike at certain locations... but think about the insurgents who stations themself among civilians with heavy weaponry. The U.S tries to minimize the casualties of civilians as possible.

@Mikkhep Sorry, I 80,000,000 is an exaggeration. But historians don't agree on how many were killed. The point is still clear, this was a horrible thing that the U.S. has done and is true genocide.

@Mikkhep There's one, long series of conflicts that some have said was one long war: The American Indian Wars. In U.S. history, this time ranges from 1776-1923. And this was not for a good cause, over 80,000,000 native Americans were killed during this period, meaning that it is one of the world's largest and most horrible genocides in history.

@TheMooseofBattle You know what? I changed my mind about what I said. I had no idea why I was frustrated at the U.S government for going to war, they might be war wagers, but how can we say it was for bad intentions?
I removed my comment to avoid more confusion.
I will never understand why they did not just put a full auto 5.56 M14 into service.

@kop4321 The gun you refer to is the mini-14, it did enter police service at a limited scale. It has fundamental flaw, the bent stock (to bring the sight at eye level) act as a pivot of rotation as the rifle recoils, greatly limits the accuracy of the rifle during automatic fire. It is better used in semi-auto mode.
