Feat steppo2000: long time friend and fellow Youtuber! Make sure to check out his channel as well, it's pretty damn awesome. As for my channel, make sure to subscribe, this channel is all about VGM remixes and covers!

Audio and video are recorded separately. My audio recording setup:

Ibanez RG420EG or LTD EX-50 -
Behringer Tube Ultragain MIC200 Preamplifier -
Guitar Rig Mobile audio interface -
Computer with Intel i5 processing and 4 Gb RAM -
Cubase 5 -
Bunch of FREE Amp simulators on the effects inserts. Visit fearcomplexmusic's channel on Youtube to learn more about that.

  • hey does"Behringer Tube Ultragain MIC200 Preamplifier " make a big difference in your set up??

  • @TheBlackxism It doesn't really make a difference, I've stopped using it. It's a device for vocals really, doesn't add anything noticeable to the signal of the guitar, as far as I can hear!

  • @iSometimesWriteMusic btw nice cover!!............currently i cant get the warmth while using my m-audio fast track so any suggestions for a pre amps or DI boxes?

  • @TheBlackxism Thanks! Well, it's not about the audio interface usually, I'm sure the M-audio is fine. Back in these days I used free amp simulation stuff out there, mainly LePou plugins and some good impulses. Nowadays I connect my guitar to an ENGL e530 pre amp, it's kind of like a regular amp head but without a power amp. It supplies better tone than the digital stuff generally. What do you use to distort and shape your signal? POD or something like that?

  • @iSometimesWriteMusic oh i use guitar rig5 to distort and shape my signal....guitar-maudio fast track-pc..........ENGL definatly gonna be awesome thats great pro stuff!!

  • @TheBlackxism I use guitar rig 5 as well sometimes, It's also a fun mixing tool with all the built in effects. Just keep on creating tones in it and after a while you will start to achieve warmer tones. Could be that you have headphones that don't capture warm mids and such, so if you are to invest in something: a couple of headphones with a flat response. You will probably be able to shape your tone better!

  • @privatedonut69 Lol wow so dumb. Prerecorded audio does not equal fake, but I guess some people have a hard time trying to understand the concept that you can actually record audio into something more worthwhile, say a digital audio workstation, instead of of the mic of some shitty webcam you bought at a dollar store.

  • @placido20nose Not sure if trolling but anyways, as it says in the description: audio and video recorded separately.
