I had PRK eye surgery done last year. It's very similar to LASIK, but instead of cutting a flap in the epithelium, they scrape a portion of it away, allowing it to regrow like normal without having "flap problems" in the future. This is a video of one of the eyes. Oh, and it's upside down, so as to avoid confusion. Enjoy.

The only way I could watch that the entire way through was with the music. I want to get prk soon. so tired of dents on my nose and trying to find my glasses in the morning. Thanks for the post.

ur eyes look pretty and did they flush ur eye out with water oh and did you feel any pain at all?

I had both eyes done a few years back, hands down the most painful procedure I have ever had! My vision was horrible and has been perfect ever since. No regrets but I don't recommend doing both eyes at same time.

I had PRK done two weeks ago and this pretty much sums it up! Quick and easy. Recovery wasn't the greatest but zero regrets.

@aagguimaraes This is PRK. Were it LASIK, they would not scrape away the flap. they would cut a circle in it and lift it up. I prefer PRK. It takes a little longer to heal, but once it's healed, it's great and has lower risk of messing up later.

So, Danley, its been quite some time now since you went through this surgery.
How do you feel now in terms of your eye sight ?
did you face any flaw since then ? any drawback ?
