I'm actually quite feared up about ladders. May be painting 2 level house - maybe 7.5 m reach. Want to go on a ladder safety course. I saw a guy fall off a ladder in Greece in a holiday complex. slid right down it and landed on the head of the guy holding it below. . . .broke his fall I guess.

I was told my great-great grandfather always said, "A man has to do what he has to do." He did what he had to do to fix a leaky roof - he died after he fell off the top of the wooden ladder onto his head. True story.
