The final and most incredible track from of Montreal's latest amazing album "Paralytic Stalks." Nobody seems to have uploaded this yet (I don't know why since it's the best song on the album) so I'm taking it on as my sacred duty. I'm probably not going to upload the rest though because that's been covered by a good amount of people, but if there's anything else that isn't up then just request it in the comments and I'll put it up. Enjoy!
Disclaimer: I am not, nor do I pretend to be, of Montreal, I'm not that cool, I don't own this music, that's not my art, etc. etc.

Lyrics: (Source: http://paralyticstalks.blogspot.com/2012/01/authentic-pyrrhic-remission.html)

so much violence in my head, how are we still alive?
the depression is under control
"no it's not, don't you ever stop lying? damn"

i love how we're learning from each other,
you are such a positive, you're so empowering
in your hands i'm quite simply a different instrument,
and you're the only one that ever put money on me, you think that i'd forget so easily?

you emit a charged autumnal vibe i know we're of the same tribe
the fall's our most productive season

still a crippling fear has become Caesar and we're slightly moribund so
naturally i wanna help you invoke the architect of salutary memes
our heads are pregnant with divine mechanics but oh how we're tyrannized by tentacles of their ferine stupidity and it's all so disappointing
but you're different, better

i love how we're learning from each other, you're so empowering
in your hands i'm quite simply a different instrument, and you're the only one that ever put money on me, and tried to advance trans-human singularity
i love how we're learning from each other, you are such a positive, you're so empowering
in your hands i'm quite simply a different instrument, and you're the only one that ever put money on me, you think that i'd forget so easily?
i love how we're learning from each other

every time i listen to my heart i just get hurt

till this afternoon i was a nomad no country would call me its son
i'd be a refuge but i have no substance, asking for papers? i have none

till this afternoon i was a pariah, a mongrel chased and kicked and hit
hunted even in my dreaming though there was no crime i did commit

till this afternoon i was in exile, but now that word is obsolete
there are no nations, no concept of ego
our illumination is complete

  • All I can imagine while listening is being a really big T-REX walking through a valley with the rhythm of the song/

  • The piano outro is one of the most beautiful compositions oM have ever done. So simple yet so touching. Perfect album closer, too. I still havent fully absorbed this album, but already I'm trying to imagine what crazy direction Kevin will go for the next album...

  • This whole album is jarring and raw, angry, and happy, and explosive. Every track is expressive and unfiltered, themes conveyed via a nearly incessant flurry of lyrics, both blunt and subtle all at once. Just trying to keep up with the transitive mood swings from song to song is delightfully exhaustive. However, at 10:40 of the last track, everything melts away. Nothing matters anymore. Simplicity takes over, and you fade out.

    of Montreal are golden.

  • @robwss14 Wish I was that high...

  • The best closer to any of their albums...I like the song, but the piano end just took it to a new dimension of excellence. The first time I heard this song I thought it was over and then from out of no where kb drops something so touching. It's like "touching somethings hollow pt. 2". An album that hits with so many sounds and creates such diverse feelings...to be able to find a conclusion that can guide me out of this lyrical vortex and land my feet back on the ground is clutch. Love u guys!

  • mmmm this is so so nice

  • So fucking great. The piano riff / ending is so killer. I totally relate it to my dealings with bi polar bullshit in my head, it's like one day, we were just one, and we quit fighting each other. Amazing.

  • Whooa man, this is crazy even for Kev. Every album is so progressive it's hard not to love this stuff.

  • Amazing.

  • This is one of the most amazing album finishers i've heard in a while
