  • Thanks Nosmo! I have a pretty wide open exercise program. In regards to exercise, I weight train by using the kettle bell, free weights, and resistance bands. But KETTLE BELL IS MY FAVORITE! I also do a lot of cardio; boxing, kickboxing, stepper, jump rope, elliptical, etc. The variety keeps my muscles guessing & growing and also prevents boredom from creeping in. It depends on how strong you are, but a good place to start would prob be a 7 or 8 LB kettle bell and go from there.

  • You are in great shape! Did you get so fit by doing the kettle bell? I've never used a kettle bell but it seems like a great workout and after watching your video a couple times, I'm def thinking about getting a kettle bell. What weight should I start with?
