Again..Andorid __is__ Linux distro. It cannot be Linux since Linux refers to kernel only.

This means you are free to redistribute this version under the terms of the LGPL version 3 or the GPL 3, as well under as the version 2.1 terms of the 2.6 release.
Glibc is LGPL, not GPL.

A thought: His implication that the c library will be using space for every application using it implies that it will be statically linked, which is incompatible with the the LGPL.
