Hot Pink and Black Nail Design Tutorial!

Just wanted to play around with my nails again, and wanted to be festive for the Hello Kitty+MAC event that I went to!

Savvy Nail Lacquer- Ebony Black (from Sally's Beauty Supply)
China Glaze- Shocking Pink

and these LA Color polishes are from Nigel's Beauty Emporium in Vally Village,CA.
