Sara Hickman at Urban Campfires "Best of Times"

Sara Hickman is the Official State Musician of Texas for 2010-2011.

This is an old favorite song, "The Best of Times" recorded at the San Antonio House Concert venue, Urban Campfires, on October 9, 2010.

Sara will be releasing a two-album collection of her music entitled, "Best of Times" sung by different musicians such as Willie Nelson (Official State Musician of Texas for 2009-2010), Shawn Colvin, Robert Earl Keen, Marcia Ball, Edie Brickell & The New Bohemians and many, many more. All proceeds of this album will go to the Theatre Action Project that brings arts programs back into schools.

I'd appreciate it if you would just forward it to her...I really don't know her at all personally but I'm definitely a fan...she is in the "great" category in my opinion...a beautiful loving soul...it amazes me how much energy artists like Sara put into their performances....it's a gift of love...I hope she'll tour our area sometime...Passim in Cambridge would love to have her...she could put a tour together around here easily...she should do an interivew at WUMB too...perhaps a "member" concert

She has played Passim as well as being on WUMB... and she was gonna play it again this month, but she had a prior commitment... (a movie "When Angels Sing" and the sched conflicted.... (I think that was the reason... I'm not sure, so don't quote me). ;o)
