  • Very nice! I have an R/C P-39 in my build Queue that will have the Red stars. I really enjoy how you research each plane.

    Cheers! Mpp

  • very nice work..

  • @spanish111japan

Indeed it is, Thanks! a very detailed kit for 1/72 scale.

  • Hey, is this AcademyKit? I got this, and it's a great model :)

  • @Greenhornet270 they did it was called the king cobra, the airacobra/kingcobra was a nightmare to work on for mechanics and because of the position of the engine block, the chances of a pilot surviving a forced landing was alot slimmer than a convential aircraft.

  • P-39 had had a supercharger it would have been the greatest American fighter of WW2....stupid assed NACA.

  • Russians flew at LOW Levels; the P-39 was a Great aircraft at that level; it COULD have been a GREAT fighter IF the USAAF hadnt taken OFF the Turbosupercharger...pure stupidity on their part.

  • Amet-Han Sultan shot down 49 german planes

  • Cheers, I make 'flying' (i use the term loosely) models now on the new channel.
