-----------------------------------------------------------------------

This is my attempt to play the TMNT 4 - Neon Night Riders lead part on the guitar. For this cover I used the SNES version for the backing track. It took a heck of a lot of practice, but I finally managed to record a decent run. Please rate and comment, thank you very much!

check out gametabs.net, there's plenty of awesome tabs in there x)

  • @soundsandstuff yeah it's hard to play it all economy picking, i think the rest of the tab is right but i'll let you knw when i get to all the notes haha sounds perfect though :D got any other cool transcriptions?

  • @soundsandstuff i've only spotted this one spot and i have my gat in front of me and still think your fourth note should be, 3rd string 9th fret. what you think? i think you were just a perfect 5th off.... what do you think??? thanks for the reply man and for this tab it's a huge help. i still can't play this up to speed... hey do you hammer on / pull off a lot of these licks or do legato? or do you economy pick everything? thanks again looking forward to what you think? peace!

oh, in that part of the song it sounds like the first four notes for the "trumpet" sounding lead is actually 4th string 9th fret, 4th st. 10fr., 2nd st. 12fr., then 4th st. 12fr. now that you point it out. there's probably other parts of the song where i substituted notes when i tabbed it out, but i made it according to how i played along to the track. all the notes in the tab are in the right key though so they fit x) let me know what else you spot, thanks for the comment! x)

  • dude this is awesome but your fourth note is wrong, sounds like a whole step off or something, any other wrong notes you can think of in the tab?
