Panic! at the Disco has had unquestionable success with amazing music and amazing sales. However in 2009 the band went through a major change, with Ryan Ross and Jon Walker leaving. Nevertheless Spencer and Brendon contined on, and they have released their latest album, - Vices & Virtues. Jordan spoke with Spencer and Brendon about the latest release, and their awesome time at SXSW.

  • Sorry, but did Brendon just practically say that there's a chance that Ryan and Jon could come back in the future?! Life. Is. Fucking. Complete. :'D

  • WHAT?! they were at sxsw?? :OOOO they were like, in my backyard, and i didn't even know. that's like telling a kid that santa passed up their house, but dropped off gifts at every other house in the neighborhood. D':

  • Ryan was a far better lyricist than Brendon (he wrote almost all of the songs for Fever and Pretty Odd), but I didn't like Pretty Odd at all. I'm glad that Brendon and Spencer stayed true to what made them famous in the first place, while at the same time evolving into something new and exciting.

  • you know i really liked the first album. they sounded perfect to me. although i liked pretty odd i thought it was kind of a setback for them. iv only heard a couple songs off vices and virtues and i reall y like that they are back on track. now from this point forward i hope they only get better.

  • Honestly, I think Vices and Virtues was better than Pretty. Odd., even without Ryan and Jon, and I like that they're heading back to the first album's sound. I hope they're able to play concerts w/o Ryan and Jon; Ryan really added a lot. I really need to see them live... *sigh*
