I have heard we could record video of gameplay while playing roms with DS Organize, and save them directly to the sd card. Is it fake? if it's possible, how to do that?

hey i heard the games n music has no fat drive so you cant load/save. i cant load on mine, is there any way around that?

The Games n' Music does have a DLDI patch (what allows you to access the microSD). What you heard was from right after the Games n' Music came out, when it was notorious for not having a patch...but eventually someone wrote one and everything's good.

Does this work with Datel's Max Media Player? The one with the giant memory thing that goes in the slot-2

Yeah, patch for MMD instead of GnM though. The rest of the install should be the same.
