He was most likely torn apart by the metal heads when they entered sandover village via rift gate. He wasnt really Jaks uncle though. He was most likely a person who raised jak in the past and they just called him his uncle.

they should make a movie or atleast Jak 4 on ps3 my story for jak 4 the Metal Heads discover the silo Gol and Maia got trapped in jak 1 and are released and begin trying to rule Haven City as it's new rulers and to defeat them Jak will have to find ancient Eco Artifacts of the 6 different kinds of Eco example Red Eco fire Blue Eco lightning Green Eco seeds and so on and Gol and Maia revive Kor but bigger and stronger than ever
