verry good physique also you're pretty tall arent you ? I'm tall myself and figured you're at least 6'2~5 its verry hard getting gains when you're tall.. or thats at least my vision of things ^^..

handle position is kind of irrelevant here with this movement - hell, if you moved the handle UP, you'd basically be building a pull down machine, which is another de facto lat exercise. the basic mechanic here is pulling from the elbow towards the back, which he's doing in spades.
kudos bastion.

Dude getting more equipment. Nice. Best garage gym ever!! BTW - who's behind the camera - the wife/girlfriend? She is really loyal to tape all this machismo stuff. Got to love her.

Great job. I love the row lever. -10 for the music, but + 10 for the workout ;-P
Do ever do forced reps, rep-pauses (i.e. set to failure, rack, rest 5-15 seconds then more reps to failure), negatives, ballistics or plyometrics? What are your thoughts? Much appreciated.

@Musk1e
I use rest-pause a lot to extend the zone of failure/fatigue. Recently I have begun using bands for assistance on incline bench, squats and deadlifts; the bands seem to create a more natural strength curve on these exercises.

Nice rowing contraption, but I think it's working bi's more so than lats. The handle needs to come down lower.

No, you are wrong. It hits my lats more than any other exercise.

I have mounted it lower on the rack and it does not work as well.

Is that the same calf press that you made and brought to the rec center at KSU?

Identical design, but I donated the one you're referring to to the Rec. Same calves, though.
