@SteponJtrain I love that verse. =) Sarah G has a song that has that verse in it, and I really love that song, too. Thank you for your prayers, they are needed and appreciated. The particular event I wrote about happened over a decade ago, but I cannot imagine ever forgetting it. And it has not been isolated. I fear being described as having 'faith".. may do me a little more credit than I am due - "You believe because you have seen. Blessed are they who believe and have not seen."

@shavais33 I know this comment was 2 months ago, but that is so awesome!!! Praise God!! Just wondering how you are doing in your faith today? I hope great. This made me think of Romans 8:38-39: "For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord." Beautiful music and penetrating lyrics, as always, Sarah. My wife and I are ardent fans. One day I was having a conversation, in my head, with.. what I hoped and believed was God, and not just my imagination. It's a long old story, but I witnessed a spectacular miracle that day. He did exactly what he said he would, and it was amazing. I about fell to the ground in that moment. So yes, God is as Real as a Heart Attack. And yes, he is a loving God, despite how it might often seem.
