Globalization is the process by which Capitalist markets expand in order to exploit cheap labour and resources. The cultural implications are the spread of Corporate modes of productions and consumption through industrial forms of "development" and advertising. Globalization is nothing more or less than what colonialism was: The search for profit and power at any cost....

No-one ever solved this kind of problem just by giving all this stuff out for free you know. GM food that allows for relible crops = more money.
