he wants to sing the languages of afghanistan because he feels as though if he only sings in dari/farsi the pashtuns will feel left out.

Its an evergreen song, but these kind of singer (Valy or woteva) shouldn`t sing this nice song.
They should learn Pashto first then sing this song.
