Cabaret Cats Hip Rotators and Supporting Knee Hip Ankle and Foot Stabilization Exercise
This a very useful exercise for the whole leg, with the focus on the horizontal flexion and horizotnal extension as well as outward and inward rotation of the hip joint. Can be used for profilactics and rehabilitation as well as conditioning.

  • Hey there, I admire your video's

Is this excersise good for the meniscus?

I have a meniscus injury for 2 years now and I can't seem to recover

  • ZoLoV88,

    Thank you for your comment.

It's not a good a idea for me to give you an advice without knowing what your injury is, what condition it is in, how your body compensates for it, etc.

I would recommend you ask a qualified Orothopedic Sergent, or a PT.

  • Thank you for your comments everyone. I am glad you found Cabaret Cats useful.

  • Good stuff as always. Hope to be in splits soon. All these stabilzation exercies help me greatly as I am older and have a lot of ware and tear on my joints. Making the mucelse stronger around them really helps.

  • Thank you for your comments. Targeted strengthening does help.

Great exercise! How many sets/ reps & how frequently should one do this?

    Thank you!

  • this really helped me with my knee pain. I have recently developed sharp heel pain which i believe is from plantar fasciatis. Are there any stretching or excersises you could suggest to aid my recovery?

  • could you make a video on how to strengthen your feet? and also ankles

  • Could you make a video on how to keep your leg in the air like in movies? What kind of excersises do you need to do?

  • i have an injury where u demonstate on number 2! (internal rotaters, i think) i did it in rugby. This has helpt soooo much with! i used an easy resistant band and went up to a stronger one and it felt better after a half hour!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)
