this really helped me with my knee pain. I have recently developed sharp heel pain which i believe is from plantar fasciatis. Are there any stretching or excersises you could suggest to aid my recovery?

i have an injury where u demonstate on number 2! (internal rotaters, i think) i did it in rugby. This has helpt soooo much with! i used an easy resistant band and went up to a stronger one and it felt better after a half hour!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)

Thanks, I will have to try this out. It looks like it will really help my internal hip rotation, which currently needs a lot of work!

I have a meniscus injury for 2 years now and I can't seem to recover

It's not a good a idea for me to give you an advice without knowing what your injury is, what condition it is in, how your body compensates for it, etc.
I would recommend you ask a qualified Orothopedic Sergent, or a PT.

Good stuff as always. Hope to be in splits soon. All these stabilzation exercies help me greatly as I am older and have a lot of ware and tear on my joints. Making the mucelse stronger around them really helps.
