i heard nissans wanting to put this kind of sensor into the later models of their vehilces down the road for collision detection/avoidance to where it'll automatically vear out of the way if it senses your about to hit something... automatic turning or automatic "collision avoidance" while driving 60 mph on the interstate doesnt really sound to safe to me... lol

This is just the beginning. They're just testing out the crash avoidance sensors. This would bring ideas and newer and better technology. Soon robots will be walking with us on the sidewalks.

are you kidding me? So they stuck some ultrasonic sensors on a 0.5 mph robot. They call this "crash avoidance" lmao!!
