Misty is 3 year old Arab mare and this video is from her very first day in training. She was not handled before and this day was the first time for everything (bit, saddle, rider...). She was running around and away from me for about 10 minutes. In few more minutes she was thought to follow me. Shortly after that the saddle and tack was placed on her. And the rest is history...She is very energetic and unbelievably fast! She is still handful but I like playing with her. She knows that she must subdue to her caretaker and master ))

Don't knock him. I am not one for fiddling about for weeks either and I have been around horses for 40 years. Well done to you. She is lovely and so like my Lindance Satin. And yes we broke purebred Arab Satin in very much the same way but a wide open field so in some peoples opinion (which counts for nothing in my book) we made a worse choice than you! You will have a brilliant relationship with that mare, you wait. Arabs are the best horses. Will now watch any other video's you have. x

no. I got her a few weeks before I made the video. She was never touched and I was frankly not quite experienced either. Everything was for the first time for her that day, bit, saddle, rider... Yeah, she was smart, typical Arabian.
