Courtesy of Panaroma - Rageh Omar interviews Ben Goddard, who was stabbed at school and survived. Luke Walmsley was not so fortunate, he was stabbed through the heart and died, Rageh interviews his brave parents. Kirsty Nisbet was slashed across the face by a 'friend' in a viscous attack that has scarred her for life.

Professor Tony Bleetmand an A&E Consultant from Heartlands Hospital, Birgmingham who has to deal with the concequenses of knife crime shows some horrific examples of injuries.

  • i dont know where your thinking of but here in Ohio it is legal to carry a knife and it is not considered a deadly weapon until it is over 4 1/2" long or has a spring loaded blade, even then it is STILL LEGAL to carry just has different restrictions. And also nobody carrys kitchen knives for self defence, only murder, and there is no way to stop people from getting ahold of kitchen knives
