Its in the United States of America. Civil Air Patrol is only in the United States unless there`s others i dont know about in other countries.

When aero tows were a new method of launching gliders no one new for sure what would happen if the glider entered the wake of the tow plane. So when a gulider pilot wanted to go to low tow they boxed the wake to avoid it. Now it just helps to build pilot skills.

Depends on the cloud ceiling, but typically, we don't fly in the rain.
