Guns are specifically designed for killing people. It's not surprising that the often do. Give everyone a cell phone. Let them call the police.

Three year old have also put cars into gear, running over people and killing them, as well as playing with lighters and starting fires that killed people.

Guns make killing so easy that anybody can do it, even a three year old.

Some punk teenager shooting me in the back of the head or some three year old shooting me in the back of the head by mistake interferes with my right to life.

America is awash in too many guns and is suffering from too many murders committed by guns.

My right to carry does not intersect with your right to walk down the street. You wouldn't even know I was carrying, unless I had to save your life from some punk teenager illegally carrying a gun.

And I don't know where you got the idea the murder rate with guns is "astronomical", it's actually come down, and is nowhere near things like drunk drivers.

Your right to liberty when it comes to carrying a gun has to be balanced against my right to life when I walk down the street. Too many American teenagers are using guns to kill people. The murder rate with guns is astronomical.

The Democrats and liberals need to back off completely on ANY kind of gun, magazine, or ammo ban. Then background checks can be discussed. And mental health issuse addressed as well.

What do we do about it? We outlaw terrorism and mass murder of children.

Similarly, we should have universal background checks to keep guns out of the hands of criminals. Even the NRA used to support this position back when it was still sane. Now the NRA disagrees even with its own members.
