-TF Seals: http://forums.bistudio.com/showthread.php?t=96954

Music:
-Two steps from Hell by fountain of life
-Paradise circus by Massive attack
Feel free to ask me about anything regarding this video ;)

oh and the simple way to film in ARMA2 (like in this video) is:

1. Place a player on the map.

2. Create a trigger, make it Activation : Radio Alpha, Repeatedly. And in the onAct box type the following.

Code:

player exec "camera.sqs"; showCinemaBorder false;

3. When in game hit 0-0-1 and the camera script will activate. L disables the crosshair and the controls you use for flying control the camera.

  • Not bad for a first, but next time disable the radio messages and onscreen HUD elements. You may not be able to disable some parts, so use cinematic borders to cut them out. Also, balance the music and sound effects a bit better as, at times, the music is far too loud. Make sure it isn't completely obvious that the gunner is shooting at nothing as well, and don't go all-out crazy with the color correction as you did with some shots. :)

  • @Zipper5931 The gunner was shooting at other AIs ^^

    Thanks for the advice on the HUD, I'll change it next time.

    regarding the colour correction, I was experimenting with the colours to try and make the scenes stand-out.

    Thanks again for your detailed comment ;)

  • Nice video i enjoyed it. one question though... what is the script you used for the camera? cheers.

  • @Masher8559 it's in the description ^^

  • @klbrumann Is this exactly how it should be entered? player exec "camera.sqs"; showCinemaBorder false; <<< you see when i paste that into a the ini line i still end up with the border?

  • @Masher8559 It worked for me, maybe your screen resolution is a bit odd; try making it 1280x720 when you're recording.
