@PraecoNoctis Only the older people here really give a feck, to be honest. Closer to the bone with them I suppose. (the 65-70+ old people, not like 50 or whatever)

@marcher87 It is Part of the British Isles. Its a geographical term, nothing to do with politics.
-
@Ultanbeare. Yes. He brought the navy to them

What's with all the Irish (I assume) people here complaining about the term British Isles? Stupid complaint, sounds like nitpicky political correctness to me. "British" is a geographical, not political, term. I've never heard any of my immediate family & friends in Ireland complain about the term.

haha i actually like this version!

@GOMBOLD17 LOL

@gaffey1711 What age are you? - I guarantee I know more about Irish history, Mythology, Music, Irish Politics and history of the state! than you ever learnt in school or looked up - open my mind? - Learn something? - please you couldn't hold a candle - Fact!

@lilbigwill8 - At last somebody who is educated - Totally agree - Unfortunately You Tube only allows so many characters and creates half opinions - but on a political note - Ireland IS NOT part of the BS - Northern Ireland is but I am being semantic - good intelligent comment - a breath of fresh air
-
@SPAREPARTSCENTRE And I've to add to your comment, that from my experience, even the people from Ireland are veeery different compared to british people.
-
love it , long live the chieftains and the rollin stones
@Aviv52 British Isles? - Ireland isn't part of Britain - wont be and never was - Although your comment is very decent - I and all the people on my Island will never refer to ourselves as living in the 'British Isles' - Our Island is ours - Join in by all means but have some respect

@christopherjohbailey Ireland is not part of the British Isles. Britain is an island beside Ireland, thats about the extent of the geographical relationship between us as far as any Irish person is concerned. Just because the British ruling class claimed Ireland to be part of the British Isles does not mean it to be true.
