Capt. Bernice Abram who faces serious felonious criminal indictment, also has given her niece, Chantell White, bad leadership.

Blacks like Capt. Bernice Abram, have gone to school, but evidently "school did not go through them" are destroying the Black community. To be successful a student, any citizen, must practice and make a reality of what is learned in school, otherwise he or she waisted his, her, and the teacher's time and expertise.
