No I'm not joking at all - I've probably driven more Mercedes-Benz since 1981 than you have had hot dinners.

I also own a concourse W123 and YES this was the best series of Mercs EVER built.

As for the W210's (especially during their last 2 years of pruduction) - these cars are exceptional. As for 100K - that's absolutely nothing for a Mercedes-Benz.

@EssexBoy696969 W210 ?:( joke? w 211 is better, and now 212 even better than 211 but not as good as W123 or W124, I drive W 211 that I put 100,000 miles on it without any problems,it is very good quality machine.

As a Merc enthusiast and owner of many models throughout the years, it's heartbreaking to see how MB now design cars without that unique Mercedes-Benz prestige.

Current Mercs are no better built than a Ford Mondeo.......production quality of the 'plastic' interiors makes it feel as if you are sitting in a car from Japan.

The W210 (produced up until 9 years ago) was the last of the unique Mercedes-Benz......... RIP MB 2001.

For any doubters - check current Merc sales!
