Jesse is a good guy, and he has lots of good points, and is right on lots of things, but not 100%. Thats a little over the top dont you think? Im pretty sure he has made a mistake once in awhile. I know when he was Governor of my State, many would agree to him having not been right 100% of the time.
Still like the guy, and I love investigative efforts, but some of the shows are tin hat, sadly. They don't focus on fact as much as they do on propelling the conspiracy, but hey its his job, its TV

Their are more HAARPS around the world Norway's put's out almost 3X as much as what HAARP emits In Europe they call them Incoherent Scatter Radar (ISR) facilitys instead of ionosphere heaters See EISCAT
