no, just a fuckin huge giant set.
21's are 21 reps split into 3 sections of 7 reps, including 7 reps of the bottom half ROM, 7 of the upper half ROM, and then 7 with the full ROM, continuously. a good technique to use, especially on barbell curls and such.
