How to make Pogaca

Pogačice (deminutive of pogača) is a type of puff pastry. Pogača or Pogacha (Cyrillic: Πогача) is a type of pastry eaten in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovenia, Republic of Macedonia, Serbia (in Serbia, traditional in Belgrade bakeries), Montenegro, Hungary and Turkey (where it is called poğaça) with variations. It is called and pogatschen in Austria. Pogača is sometimes served hot as an appetizer instead of bread. Hot pogača filled with sour cream is considered a particularly delicious specialty.

AS SUCH ARE MAKEING THE TRADITIONAL MACEDONIAN VILLAGE BREAD .

E hajd' ti sad nekome objasni zato su nasi recepti "odprilike" haha. Stavi brasno, dodaj vode... "Koliko vode?" odgovor "Od oka" haha. Peci izmedju 200°C-250°C. Pa koliko? Je li 200 ili 215 ili vise haha. Smijesno ali takvi je nasih dosta recepata ali su naj bolji da budem iskren haha. Naj bolja kuhinja je nasa, nema sta!
