BALANGINGI (Nosebleed) is a Kapampangan short film that takes a peek into the life of Xoo, a young Filipino "pilosopo" who is forced to attend a blind date set by his nephew. He attempts to suppress his intellectual side but gives in and shows his true color to his date.

Typical human beings who think that they are intellectually better than others (NERDS) causing them to conclude that others would do this or that. But you know what? They are no way different from others. They are all MAYABANG.They believe that their gained intellect makes them superior when in fact it is derisory. Furthermore, the so called 'Kebalwan' most of the times they brag about is not originally theirs. just wow.

@rhealimgalang it is natural. maybe e ka pa meka-encounter makanyan klasing tau that is why ali ka familiar. plus, there are three types of acting -- realistic, dramatic, and poetic, according to Armando Lao and Brillante Mendoza. this one falls in dramatic, so you don't need realistic that much.

Not all high school students study to have high grades. or to have a better future. I study because I want to learn.not that i don't want to be successful (sheesh.who doesn't want to?), i just know that it will be done once i have already acquired enough knowledge.:)
