Tender Smiles 4 Kids' Freehold location is New Jersey's first all-green pediatric/orthodontic dental office.
Dr. Max Sulla has combined his passion for the planet and for pediatric dentistry by using only LEED certified materials.
All Dental materials are without a trace of dyes,
additives, gluten, mercury, or formaldehyde.
Tender Smiles 4 Kids provides an environment that is welcoming for ALL children, including those with special needs. Dr. Sulla treats children and adults with special needs such as autism, ADHD, Downs syndrome, and cerebral palsy.
We provide orthodontic care, including Invisalign, to children and adults.
We offer nitrous oxide,Conscious Sedation, I.V. Sedation, laser technology and General Hospital anesthesia. We participate with most insurance plans and Medicaid.
Dr. Sulla has been named one of the Top Dentists
in 2009 and 2010 by New Jersey Monthly Magazine and is the President of New Jersey Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.
