Case Study: Litomĕřice, Czech Republic

Gymnázium, SOŠ a SOU, Litomĕřice in Litomĕřice, Czech Republic, offers secondary school students the opportunity to learn professional skills. To help save on power and equipment costs, in August 2010 the school had deployed Windows MultiPoint Server 2010 in its language lab. It recently decided to expand its deployment to an additional lab and to upgrade both labs to Windows MultiPoint Server 2011 to take advantage of administrative functionality for teachers. By deploying Windows MultiPoint Server 2011, the school will experience hardware cost savings of 75 percent that will enable it to continue to expand technology offerings for its students.
