Another approach to applying Breathe Rite nasal strips. This method allows one to quickly apply and adhere the strips. Additionally here is another optional way to remove the strips in case the traditional band-aide pull causes some irritation and soreness. Please follow the makers instructions provided on/in the box of nasal strips. Use these steps provided herein (video) at your own risk. Parental (or in some cases) child supervision is strongly suggested.
I am not employed by the makers nor the inventor, just found what I hope is another way to make application and removal easier for everyone. Please leave questions as comments and I will attempt to clarify any points that you may not understand or I was unclear about.

@catman1cheese Yes they do! I only like the large tan ones. Apparently so does everyone else locally. That type is always sold out locally.

I hit my nose super hard the other day and now its so swollen inside I need to open up my nasals somehow... i cant even breath through my nose would this even work??
xDynazty74 2 years ago
@xDynazty74 Well first off I am not a Doctor so anything I say is not medical advice. That said, I don't know how hard you hit your nose but these may help. Please be careful in application so you don't damage your nasal membranes any further. I am also suggesting that if your nose-nasal passages are swollen after two or more days, you may need to see a Doctor or an E.N.T. specialist.
Good luck and I hope these help or your nose heals right away.
