Glad you like it! The mechanism that makes the sculpture work is a unique chain of my own design. This particular version is one of a series of pieces using the mechanism and is made up of a series of identical parts, each two rings, one partially eclipsing the other so that one seems to be stationary while the other rotates around and through it. The balls are the counterweights for the overhanging rings. Visit my page to see other examples of my work.
