This is the sixth part of the 358/2 Days cutscenes, it features Organisation desertation oh and something realy messed up.

Strange that they chose Sora's younger face - looks really weird when you see Roxas there with Sora's teen face.

Anyway Xion isn't 'technically' transforming into anything, it's the way that people see her that changes. Roxas sees her as a black-haired Kairi, Riku sees her as Sora, and towards the end Roxas can see Sora because she's getting close to completion.
