I think the crappiest part of this video is that the dog is tyed up to a short rope. So this is funny to some of you who don't know better. I'd like to watch you be tyed up to a rope all day and have birds peck at you. That dog looked uncomfortable.
Pay attention, and learn to read between the lines!

i can't tell if you're agreeing with me or what, but my point was: i wonder if they have an ulterior motive to bugging the dog, such as trying to get food by making the dog go away or something, or if they are intelligent enough to have some a sense of humor and find messing with the dog funny.

Seriously. If what the crow did served no other purpose than to distress the dog, then the crow must have something more than just instinct.

They are a subspecies of the carrion crow in europe. These grey ones are called hooded crows and breed in northern and eastern europe. In german they are called Nebelkrähe (Nebel = fog, Krähe = crow)
