@RovingLandRover damn chill... fj cruisers hummer h1's and jeeps are the best off road vehicles to ever be made. Land Rover is more of an on road SUV. It has capabilities but no rock climbing and people just do not use them for off road. FJ cruisers come ready to off road completely stock. I do not know much about hummers, never really like them, but they are still good, the h1's that is. Jeeps are just Jeeps. Came out in 1941 ready to off road and they kept that alive to this day. 0IIII0

OR you could buy a stock XJ for $1,500, and build it out, beat the shit out of the FJ, and still have money left over.

Guys you know what. Let's stop this hating shit ok? People have hummer's, people have FJ's people have Jeeps. I have a 1996 Jeep Cherokee lifted and some videos up of it. Guys, offroading is supposed to be fun. Not about arguing who's truck is better or shit. Maybe you don't realize that but I do. Offroading is supposed to be about spending time just...having fun. If a person has an FJ and they are proud of, go ahead. If they have a Jeep go ahead. I know I'm damn proud of my beast!

The FJs are cool...very cool. My buddy has one with the E Lockers and everything. Hung with my TJ almost everywhere I went. I only pulled him out 2 or 3 times.
