That is most excellent! I'm about to inherit a dairy goat (or two) and am limited to skim milk. The video is absolutely timely!!! Uh...this does work just the same for goats?

Sure does. A lot of our customers have goats. The Novo is great for goat milk because it will spin up to 14,000 RPM, which is a lot faster than most other cream separators, and the speed is adjustable on the front of the unit. Thanks for giving the video a thumbs up.

thanks for the video instructions. My husband and I have two lovely dairy goats, and we excited to be able to separate the cream, for our coffee in the am. And we usually only drink nonfat milk, so our soon to arrive separator will help with this..
