There's also the recently released Guilty Gear Memorial Book and the character relationship chart.

In it, there's a picture of Ky that connects to a picture of Dizzy.

The nature of their relationship? Represented by a heart and apparently the words for love.

I'd like to add on to this in the fact that Dizzy and Ky get quite a bit closer to one another in the end of their story mode in Accent Core Plus. Dizzy asks Ky to help her find out more about herself and Ky vows to do so & protect her. There's even a hidden joke in that Dizzy tells Ky to "please be gentle" as it's her "first time", despite the situation at that moment being nothing like that. There are a lot of hidden clues throughout, but all of it leads to Dizzy being the Maiden.
