can it charge the zune 80

I haven't personally tried to charge a Zune 80 but it should work no problem. It can charge any device that recharges from a computer USB port.

that is nice, can you set it to twelve volt and how many amps is it at whatever the highest voltage is

The SunCell can output 4.8, 5.8, 8.4, and 9 volts. It can't do 12 volts. The amp output is about 500mA.

I love how people go out and spend so much money on glorified solar panels that you can find for $1-5 in outdoor path lights. WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO DIY? I guess it's nice having big companies make things for you while emptying your wallet.
